The Women's Sertoma Club of Venice and the Sun Fiesta Committee for 2024 are pleased to extend an invitation to all food vendors to participate in the three-day festival. Admission is free to the public. There will be arts and crafts, local musical talents and much more  to provide a fun hometown festival. We encourage all to participate in the fun. We can guarantee a great time and another profitable year for the participants.

2024 Festival Dates: Friday, October 18 - Saturday, October 19 – Sunday, October 20

             Hours: Friday:     4 PM – 9:30 PM 

                          Saturday: 9 AM - 9:30 PM 

                          Sunday:    9 AM – 5 PM 

                                

 

Set up Times: Between 9:00AM - 12:00 PM on Friday.  

Location: Centennial Park - Venice FL

 

Driving Areas: Please respect the park rules and do not drive on the grass or block the streets that surround the park. When you arrive for set up, please check in with Marie Trgovac. We will assist you in getting to your area without damaging the grounds.

 

Parking: Any public parking.

 

Health Permits/Insurance Forms: It is the responsibility of the vendors to make sure that they provide a copy proper insurance forms and that they abide by the Health Department rules and regulations.

 

Sales Tax: Vendors will be responsible for collecting the applicable sales tax and reporting it to the proper department.

Electric: No vendor will be permitted to hook up to electric unless they have applied and paid for the service. Remember you are responsible for providing your own 100-200 ft. #12 grounded electrical cord.

 

Generator: No vendor will be permitted to hook up to our generators without prior approval.

NOTE: IF YOU REQUIRE ADDITIONAL POWER, YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN GENERATOR.

 

Table and Chairs: Limited seating areas will be provided on the grounds, but you are responsible for providing any tables, chairs, etc., that you will need for the operation of your food booth. You will also be required to accept all responsibility for caring for your own equipment.

 

Security: The Venice Police Department will be securing the park area both Friday and Saturday nights.  However, we strongly recommend that you secure all valuables. It is the sole responsibility of the vendors to insure their belongings and equipment. The Sun Fiesta Committee, Women's Sertoma, its members and others associated with the festival accept no responsibility for damages incurred.

 

Exclusive Sales: All beverages will be handled exclusively by Women's Sertoma Club of Venice. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. All food items will be exclusive once approved by the Sun Fiesta Committee. 

 

Space Size:

10 ft. and under $455.00

11 ft. to 20 ft.      $555.00

21 ft. to 30 ft.      $625.00

 

Electricity Charges: (If needed)  Per line $100.00

 

A deposit of ½ of your total fee is due upon application. The balance is due 9/1/2024. No invoices will be sent.
