Food Vendors
The Women's Sertoma Club of Venice and the Sun Fiesta Committee for 2026 are pleased to extend an invitation to all food vendors to participate in the three-day festival. Admission is free to the public. There will be arts and crafts, local musical talents and much more to provide a fun hometown festival. We encourage all to participate in the fun. We can guarantee a great time and another profitable year for the participants.

2026 Festival Dates and Hours
Friday, October 16, 2026 : 4 PM – 9:30 PM
Saturday, October 18, 2026: 9 AM - 9:30 PM
Sunday, October 19, 2026 9 AM - 5 PM
Set up Times: Between 9:00AM - 12:00 PM on Friday.
Location: Centennial Park - Venice FL Check in with Jenn Singleton.
Driving Areas: Please respect the park rules and do not drive on the grass or block the streets that surround the park. When you arrive for set up, please check in with Jenn Singleton. We will assist you in getting to your area without damaging the grounds.
Parking: Any public parking.
Health Permits/Insurance Forms: It is the responsibility of the vendors to make sure that they provide a copy proper insurance forms and that they abide by the Health Department rules and regulations.
Sales Tax: Vendors will be responsible for collecting the applicable sales tax and reporting it to the proper department.
Generator: If you require power , you will need to bring your own generator.
Table and Chairs: Limited seating areas will be provided on the grounds, but you are responsible for providing any tables, chairs, etc., that you will need for the operation of your food booth. You will also be required to accept all responsibility for caring for your own equipment.
Security: We will be securing the park area both Friday and Saturday nights. However, we strongly recommend that secure your valuables. It is the sole responsibility of the vendors to insure their belongings and equipment. The Sun Fiesta Committee
Exclusive Sales: All beverages will be handled exclusively by Women's Sertoma Club of Venice. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. All food items will be exclusive once approved by the Sun Fiesta Committee, Women's Sertoma Club members and others associated with the festival accept no responsibility for damages incurred.

Food Trucks/Vendors $500.00
If payment not received by October 1st 2026 your space will be released.
